Then get thee to the Wolstein Center in a few hours where five chartered buses will line up beginning at 2:30 p.m. thanks to Cleveland State, which is providing free rides and tickets to about 250 people on a first-come first-serve basis.
For those of you who might not have been paying attention, the Vikings slogged through a miserable regular season, their third in a row that failed to eclipse even 10 wins. Since then, however, the 8th-seed Vikes have put together a spirited streak in the Horizon League tournament, knocking off top-seeded Northern Kentucky, Youngstown State and Oakland. At 7 p.m. tonight, they tip off against 2nd-seed Wright State at Detroit’s new pizzarena.
The game will also be on ESPN, if you can’t make the trip.
