A headlining concert by a band with only one album could end up being a rip off, but not when that band is Neon Trees. The funky quartet made a big statement last night at the House of Blues.

There was no lack of energy on stage, or in the crowd, from the minute they opened with “Your Surrender.” Tyler Glenn’s outrageous dance moves and constant reminders to be who you are produced a jumping audience responsive to every song.

The band mostly played tracts from their album Habits, but did sneak in one or two new tunes including “The Law.”

  1. Great show from one of the mom’s It was hard to stay still The energy in the room and the great musical talents of all the band members made it another night to remember just as enjoyable if not more, than their last show in November. Can’t wait to see them again.
