A 51-year-old Ravenna man who was convicted twice before for rape and gross sexual imposition with an underage girl allegedly did it again.
William A. Owens was arrested in Kent Monday and charged with having sexual contact with a 9-year-old girl—a third-degree felony— at a Dodge Street home. He is being held in Portage County jail with a preliminary hearing scheduled for tomorrow.
According to recordpub.com, Williams was released from prison for the previous sexual assaults in August 2007 and is registered as a sexually oriented offender.

I am writing on an article with no comments so that I do not hog all of the blog space. But to keep with the comment on a news article I will say this: All sex crimes have the same thing in common–ego controlled crank. It is proven time and time again–a hard crank has no conscience. Nor does it have a brain or a personality all of it’s own. If the society would quit personifying crank, they would not be so aggressive and violent. They would not think it is their job to poke around in others business. An ugly guy like the one above can not get away with talking about crank around people, yet a rich old guy can talk about crank at the dinner table if he wants; or a more handsome young man can all but whip it out in public and get away with it.

Sees a bunch of guys drinking and playing cards
Pretty girls all over the place
Guy says, ‘Don’t look like hell to me’
Devil says, ‘Oh I know, you think hell is terrible?’
Guy says, ‘That’s what I heard’
Devil says, ‘Well kid, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. And you came at a good time. Today is Friday, which makes it alcohol and gambling day.’
Guy says, ‘You’re kidding?’
Guy’s smile is starting to form
Devil says, ‘And then tomorrow is Saturday, right? So that means it will be drugs and sex day. Anything you want is all yours. Cocain, Hootch, Crank, Smack, girls, boys, sheep…anything’
Guy says, ‘You gotta be kidding. What’s the catch?’
Devil says, ‘Why would there be a catch? And let’s see, then there is Sunday and time to relax from Friday and Saturday parties. You can still have anything you want but sometimes you just had too much fun with out a break….Oh! And you do like sucking cranks and taking it up the ass, don’t you?’
Guy says, ‘Heck no!’
Devil says, ‘Well, you won’t much like the rest of the week, then’
