If you’ve got an extra $350,000 burning a hole in your pocket, you can buy the Blind Pig in the Warehouse District. The owners have put the long-running club on the market.

“It’s been 18 years,” says owner Dave Rudiger. “It’s just time to go. We have a lot of other stuff on our plates and other opportunities coming up.”

He and partner John Owen also own Wine Bar Rocky River, Market, as well as other businesses. Rudiger says that his attempt to unload the property is not a statement on the state and/or future of the Warehouse District. After all, he says, he also owns and intends to keep Dive Bar.

The Blind Pig has two and a half years left on the lease plus another five-year option. Interested parties should contact Mike McDowell at 216-682-1634.
