Party could be ending soon, Four Loko fanatics. It looks like the FDA is going to step in and ban Four Loko nationally.

Via Gawker:

The FDA ruling, which could come as soon as this week, “should be the nail in the coffin of these dangerous and toxic drinks,” Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., who has pushed the Obama administration to ban the beverages, said Tuesday.

  1. I’m sure if they could figure out a way to “properly” tax it, it wouldn’t be banned.

    Whatever happened to “Use Responsibly”? If someone uses floor wax as a dessert topping, should we ban it because they’re fucking stupid?

Im sorry I have a hard time believeing anything Scene says since the article they did on Bill Mason who supposedly was gonna be out of a job at the beginning of October and still is in office and Scene has not said one word about it. I would like an update to that story or a retraction as I would appreciate a little responsible journalism.
