For the love of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, don’t while away the winter on the couch this year. Get up and do something, like hiking.

TrekOhio, a husband/wife team from Central Ohio, has compiled a list of state-wide winter hikes for the months of January and February, as well as a handy guide for folks new to the sport.

There’s a boatload of excursions on the docket for all experience levels, as well as a handful of themed outings, including a Soup and Stroll (go hiking then eat soup!), a full moon hike, and an ice cave hike.

Check out the lineup for yourself here, and hell, make a weekend out of it.
