According to the coroner, venerable Cleveland crank and cult comic hero Harvey Pekar died of an accidental overdose of Prozac and a smoking cessation med.

i wanted to kill myself when i was (successfully) quitting smoking but i never thought the meds would actually contribute to an OD. like Harvey, may he RIP, this sure is an odd one.
