Hearts broke all across Cleveland yesterday with the announcement that Maurice Reedus Jr., known better as 'The Sax Man' had passed away at the age of 65. The iconic street musician added a special flavor to Cleveland's night life, and the sound of his saxophone piercing through the bustling Gateway District has become a staple around sporting events and concerts.

According to family members, Reedus had suffered a heart attack over the summer. Yesterday morning, The Sax man died unexpectedly in his home and his family has recently launched a GoFundMe campaign to cover his funeral costs. As stated by his family via GoFundMe, "Help us celebrate his life and memory as we prepare a proper send off for our beloved friend and brother."
