Think Obama isn’t an American citizen? Think our President is a Muslim? You are dumb. Sorry, just a fact. But this is America, after all, and you have the right to be ignorant if you wish — we’re pretty sure it’s a provision included by our wise forefathers in the Constitution, right after separation of church and state and right before a sentence declaring their love for banging slaves and smoking pot— and those charged with carrying on the legacy of the founders should, nay, must defend that right.

By definition, it is the job of every leader to tell people what to think (otherwise you are a ‘follower’) — there is nothing more fundamental than that. Every news agency should be pointing this out. It is incredibly alarming (and dangerous to our country) that the Right/tea party has embraced/hailed ignorance as their gold-standard.
Glad I don’t live in Cleveland and have to read this wise crackin’ sarcastic horse’s rear end. If Boehner said “hello” you’d be pissed that the word hell was included in what he said. Therefore your credibility is inherently lacking. I don’t see Boehner defending you, so the headline must be wrong.
How could Mr. Boehner possibly stand up to that kind of ignorance when he can’t even reign in the tea party members of his own party. The twits who are “going to take government
back” or who want the citizens “armed and dangerous”, or who believe the President is a secret Muslim?

Unbelievable. Mr Boehner takes aim at the poor and defends the ignorant. Does this say something to you? Is this maybe because any thinking person would not folllow him or wave the flag when the likes of Glen Beck speak.
How is this man holding office. And in our great state of Ohio. Should we be proud that our collective math scores are lower than any other developed country. Well I for one love this country but can not stand proud when I see what it is becoming.
Let’s face it, anyone who votes Republan and isn’t a millionaire is stupid and is committing economic suicide – and literal suicide if they have any serious health problems, since the GOP (greedy oligarchs’ party) doesn’t want them to have access to health care. The Republan party only cares about and caters to the wealthiest 1% of the population, so if they were upfront and honest with their agenda, they would only get 1% of the vote. That’s why having a large base of useful idiots and keeping them fooled and riled up with birther conspiracy theories is fundamental to Republan strategy.
