LeBron James is joining forces with Starz to create a new sitcom called “Survivor’s Remorse” – a subject James himself knows a lot about.

The sitcom revolves around the lives of two characters who, despite moving out of Philadelphia’s inner city and making it big, struggle to adjust to fame and to the feelings of guilt they have for making it big while many of their peers did not.

Sounds a lot like James’ own story, no?

The former Cleveland Cavs hotshot is undertaking the project with his longtime friend Maverick Carter, along with Tom Werner who helped launch “The Cosby Show” and “Roseanne,” the AP reports. James and actor Mike O’Malley will be co-executive producers.

  1. I’m sure the 1% of people in the world in the exact same situation that LeBron is in will tune in regularly so they can empathize with each other and cry into their money bin filled with millions upon millions of dollars.
