The ad for LeBron’s new shoe debuted today and the consensus around the internets is that 1) It’s pretty cool, even if we hate the guy, 2) He should have hired the ad firm that produced the spot for Nike to handle his pre-Decision PR, and 3) Yeah, LeBron’s still a douche.

Watch it and let us know what you think. The spot is called “Rise.”

  1. This is a good one! I think every human being Has! the Freedom to do what they think is right for them. As a veteran, this right is what we DEFENDED. Your right, as an American, to live your life in the Glory of Freedom. I don’t have any hard feelings towards Mr. James. He did what he thought was right for him. I don’t and I emphasis “Don’t”! agree with the way he handled the “Decision”, but all the truth about the entire ordeal, will never be known to the People who supported him. He has nothing to apologize to us, the fan’s in Cleveland, for. He did all he could do. Many athletes spend their entire sports career, never winning a championship. I support the young man. Do your thing LeBron! Do your Thing young man. Thanks for the excitement you brought Cleveland. You did take us places we have never been! You did light up this city, like Vegas! you did your part! carry on young Man, Carry on! In the words of the announcer “The “L”train, right down Euclid avenue.

  2. What else can you do except be the Bitch that you are. Please yourself, how you feel about your decisions and yourself is what counts most. Even though I have never liked you, I still think you have every right to do what you think is best for LaBron James. Keep it real you really don’t give a kitty about what the people in Cleveland think, since you have never like Cleveland anyway. Man Up, do what you do.

  3. You are free to do what you want, but I’m free not to like it! Our desicions catch up to us one way or another.

  4. We are free to do what we want…and I’m free to not like it! All our desicions catch up to us one day.

  5. the idiot fans of lebron james have to stop acting like the jilted girlfriend and move on. it’s disgraceful and petty. guess what, it’s not him, it’s you, and maybe he was better than you. if you think that one guy was going to lift your whole freaking misrable little town out of it’s 50 year funk then probably you’ve got a lot more going on than just a sports addiction. after all it’s a child’s game played by freakishly large adults who probably couldn’t do anything else in life, for obscene amounts of money. so have a nice day, haters! you’re still gonna watch him ’cause you know he’s the best.
