The Tuesday incident began with Shamsadeen masturbating on the beach, before he decided the next logical step was to climb up the lifeguard’s chair. He made sexual comments towards her and reached out in an attempt to grab her breast. The lifeguard immediately jumped away, court documents said.
Shamsadeen is charged with public indecency and attempted sexual imposition, according to court records. A warrant for Shamsadeen’s arrest was issued Wednesday. His only prior conviction is a 2013 disorderly conduct charge.
