Oh, Lorain. Our search for entertaining news would be so much less fruitful without you every week. We’ll make sure to get you something nice for Christmas to show our thanks for the bounty of misfits and idiotic criminals that call your fine city home.

Misfits like Isidro Casarez.

Casarez, 49, was pulled over Saturday afternoon by police after coppers noticed a gaggle of children sitting on each other’s laps in the back of his Chevy Nova.

That was the least of his problems.

  1. There has got to be stiffer penalities on these drivers and D.U.I drivers. I say we aputate their hand so the can’t steer a car or their foot so they can’t drive. If this were to happen, these individuals will think twice about driving, getting caught and losing an appendage. This may sound harsh, but these individuals will NEVER learn with this weak laws that this country has.

  2. Maybe the City should just give him a license because if he is not in jail he must be paying his fines, so just give it to him he has paid his debt and then some. I believe that they should have better programs out here for people like him.
