Matt Harlan has been promoted within the Michael Symon Restaurant group to Regional Manager of all current and future B Spot Burgers. He is replacing Greg MacLaren, who is no longer with the organization. Taking over Harlan’s post as GM at Lolita will be Abrahm Noufer, who currently works as manager at Lola.

Harlan has worked with Michael Symon for 14 years.

Harlan’s first order of business, he says, is to oversee the opening of the newest B Spot, set to open in the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland. “It’s going to happen pretty fast,” Harlan says.

Also in the works, adds Harlan, are future B Spot restaurants in Pittsburgh and Columbus. These will be in addition to existing locations in Woodmere, Strongsville, Westlake, and Quicken Loans Arena.
