Now in its fifth year, the Medina Beer Fest is back Saturday, March 10. The hop-filled event runs from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Weymouth Country Club.
The festival, which brings out hundreds of thirsty patrons, serves as a fundraiser for Main Street Medina, a non-profit which promotes the Medina Historic District. Other festival activities include live music, dancing and a raffle of a beer-stuffed cooler.
Admission for the event is $35 a ticket and includes 10 beer samples, a commemorative glass, and a food ticket. A designated driver ticket is also on sale for $10, and includes the food ticket and commemorative glass, as well as unlimited soda and water.
More information for the festival can be found at mainstreetmedina.com, with a beer list set to be available soon.
