It’s no secret that the search for and the acquisition of a new Browns’ head coach has been a somewhat rocky process, but Clevelanders wern’t the only ones who were skeptical of the whole schbang.

The 19-year-old daughter of newly appointed head coach, Mike Pettine, was, apparently, less than thrilled by dear old dad’s job prospects. Just after Pettine wrapped up his first interview with the Browns, she took to social media to, uh, share her thoughts.

The Tweet has since been taken down— “it’s the Browns,” isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement as Dad moves forward— but it does make you wonder what Pettine family dinner conversations are like.

  1. So the Browns are giving him a second interview? It’s Pettine.. Hey, but still pretty cool.

  2. A better angle concerns Gary Kubiak being very content to sit out the upcoming season when Haslam/Banner/Lombardi reportedly told him that the team’s OC post would have limited power in the decision-making process/personnel , but he can’t sign fast enough a couple days later when the Baltimore Ravens offer him their OC slot. It is obvious that Mike Pettine does not have the power to hire his own staff, which means handing out responsibilities with each post — this ongoing meddling by the Three Stooges is setting him up for failure….before the first OTA.

  3. She seems stupid and I hate her face. So glad we could hire this guy, because if he said no then the Browns would have needed to go to plan R: Craigslist. They tried plan Q, which was grabbing random people off the street and telling them they are now the coach of the Browns, but like 5 suicides later they scrapped that one.
