If you’re waiting to decide which candidate will get your precious vote in the presidential election in November, take note that a millionaire who wears hats and drives trucks and interviews people who clean up dirty things is supporting Mitt Romney. Or don’t take note. Either way.

Via Cleveland.com comes news that Mike Rowe, he of “Dirty Jobs” fame, will join Mitt Romney in Bedford Heights Wednesday for a campaign stop. [Insert joke about “Dirty Jobs” and mud-slinging political campaigns here.] So, take that, Obama and your darling sweethearts like Martin Sheen and Jay-Z. We got a real man on the job here over on the GOP side. Oh, but it could have been the other way around.

Romney’s campaign announced the Rowe endorsement late Monday when confirming Romney’s Cleveland-area itinerary for the final day of a two-day bus tour through battleground Ohio.

Rowe made headlines this month for an open letter he wrote to Romney, seeking a “national conversation” on skilled labor and “about what we value in the workforce.” Rowe opened the letter by pledging to vote for Romney if he read the whole thing. A campaign aide later tweeted a photo of Romney reading the letter.

(Rowe closed the letter by saying he wrote to President Barack Obama four years ago but received no response.)

Sucks to be you, Mr. President. You had your chance to have the trucker hats fighting for hope and change. Whoops.

  1. Wow another Millionaire siding with Romney… shocker there. Dont people see? Voters that have money to spare are voting for the man who is going to make them more rich. I say that we the people who live paycheck to paycheck need to give Romney a huge F.U. as you campaign threw Ohio!

  2. I see you don’t want to confuse your simple belief with facts there chrissy. If your beef is with millionaires, then you really need to expand the vile to most federal politicians on both sides of the isle.

  3. It is so funny how the obama supporters have issues with millionaires that side with Romney, when Jay Z, Beyonce, and other hollywood incompetent folks are millionaires. Wonder want you libs think of the lunch Jay z and beyounce had in NY that cost $1200.00 and a $400.00 tip. What do you think of those apples? Get informed, stop talking trash on millionaires supporting Romney when Hollywood is full of them. Now, do you want to start talking about the Union Leaders that are millionaires?????? I didn’t think so!

  4. Classic Liberal yammering points: “Millionaire” “War on Women” and the always entertaining “Racist.” When you’re a Liberal, and you are losing the battle of wits (insert your own joke here), just drop one of the aforementioned quotes into the conversation, and your opponent should slink away to lick their wounds. Sadly, that plan doesn’t work because of the giant hypocrisy that is obama. You do realize that Mike Rowe, the working man’s man, wrote an open letter to obama 4 years ago, and received nothing back? Mike Rowe wasn’t born wealthy, he earned his money digging through pig feces and worm droppings. Meanwhile, instead of meeting with heads of state, like Mr. Netanyahu, obama was busy drinking $850 gold bottles of French champagne with Jay-Z & Beyonce. Instead of meeting with his cabinet about the terrorist raids on our Embassies & Consulates, he was sleeping, because he had a fundraiser in Las Vegas the next morning. As the Middle East is in flames, the President has been on Letterman, The View, and various campaign stops. You can always count on obama for one thing: when in times of crisis, you can always go golfing.

  5. I can’t wait for election day to be here so I don’t have to hear about all this stuff anymore. I’ve only seen about 500 commercials for Romney and Obama each.
