His plush pad on Star Island had been up for sale since 2005. A couple of weeks ago, he received just $16 million for the mansion (half the original asking price in 2005 of $32 million). I think he’s doing just fine these days and will be able to nab himself some nice digs when he comes to Cleveland to shop for homes in a couple of weeks.

He should recommend his realtor to Bernie.
