
Good morning, Cleveland. Here’s some stuff to read while you join a class-action lawsuit.
— Governor Kasich says leasing the turnpike could bring Ohio $2.5 billion dollars. Hopefully some of that dough would be spent bringing better restaurants to rest stops. Seriously, that’s about all we’re concerned about. (AP)
— Cleveland’s traffic cameras are facing a class-action lawsuit from a group who says the city should refund $40 million in collected fines because of a technicality involving municipal courts. Also because traffic cameras are stupid. (Cleveland.com)
— The family of an Ohio man who was murdered in 1994 says they don’t want the killer executed. (AP)
