I actually found a cassette of some old radio recording from high school….deff brought back old memories from then 🙂 love it <3
I remember listening for the “clunk” sound in between tracks on my 8 track tapes. There were for sections 1, 2, 3, and 4. It always happened that the best song would be in between and the song was split by the “clunk”! I just recently just got rid of my 8 tracks, it was hard, but, the “clunk” is gone!

I had a date with a girl in college and she made me a mix tape she said would “put her in the mood”. I was listening to the mix tape before the date getting my moves set to the music when the tape player ate the cassette. I tried to fix the tape using a pencil but then snapped it in the process. Needless to say the date was a bust because I did not have her special lovin mix tape :(!
