This morning in Cleveland, during the first real snowfall of the year, one lone snow painter was caught on camera creating a huge spider web mural with their feet.
Perched high above the Cleveland Mall lawn from his 20th floor downtown Hilton hotel room, Eastlake photographer Scott Halbrook documented the art process with his phone.
In the video, the artist is seen wearing dark colors, and their face is not visible at all.
For the final flourish, the artist wrote out “Happy Halloween” to go along with their spider and web. For the record, it is not Halloween today.
Halbrook tells Scene that he doesn’t know who the artist is, but he believes, based on the person’s build, that it’s a man.
Whomever the artist may be, they clearly have put a lot of thought into this new masterpiece. As to if they are the same person who drew multiple penises in the snow last year, we may never know.

Don’t encourage these “snow artists” unless you want to see another penis in the snow.
But maybe you do…it would give you folks another mindless topic to write about.
Uh pretty sure it also snowed in January and February of this same year…sooo not the first snowfall of the year *facepalm*
