NEO Church has used the LeBron hoopla to help get the word out about its ministries. Little signs like the one above have been popping up around town invoking King James.

If the advertising works and you head over to the church’s website, you’ll see lots of offerings, including this:

So yeah, there’s that. Gotta love spiritual H bombs. Better than spiritual F bombs, I suppose.

  1. In regard to the “King James who?” signs, their purpose is to let the people of Cleveland know that the true King, Jesus Christ, has not left them and never will! And, the “Spiritual H Bomb” was the sermon title for Pastor Dan Burgoyne’s message on what the Bible says about fasting. These are approaches used to peak people’s interest and encourage them to check out the ministries at NEO and to give them the opportunity to hear the Gospel!

  2. Amen! God is good… SO GOOD! And He hasn’t forgotten about Cleveland. As Chris Tomlin sings it “For greater things have yet to come and greater things are yet to be done in this city.” THERE IS NO ONE LIKE OUR GOD!
