It didn’t take long for the third Emerging Chefs dinner to sell out. That event, held on January 26 in the backroom of Velvet Tango Room, featured chef Matthew Mytro and a delicious menu of aphrodisiacal dishes.

Two days ago, the fourth installment of the series, which has the stated goal of “generating buzz around Cleveland’s emerging chefs,” was announced. To be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on February 23rd, the event is titled “Sacrilicious” owing to its location: a former church on the Cleveland Public Theatre property (6415 Detroit Avenue). An after-party event will be held at Touch Supper Club starting at 10 p.m.

Jeff Fisher of Touch Supper Club will have the honors this go-around.

“I cannot begin to say how excited I am to be a part of this creative event,” Fisher said. “Events like this truly inspire the chef to create a provocative menu and the venue is amazing.”

Tickets for the event are $55 for general admission, $65 for the Chef’s Table, and $45 for the Blogger’s Table. All tickets can be purchased at emergingchefs4.eventbrite.com.
