Recall also that smoking medical marijuana will be illegal in Ohio. The whole idea is to vape it, eat it or use a transdermal patch.
The board is open to public comment through March 10.

Why isn’t marijuana legal in Ohio yet? Oh, the Plain Dealer opposed our chance because they said it would be a “monopoly”/ They were cool with a casino monopoly.
It’s amazing to me. The Mexican cartels love that Ohio hasn’t legalized it. They’re making lots of money in Ohio.
The whole “medical marijuana ” thing is a disgrace because it encourages people to lie and it promotes corruption int he medical field.
Some people just wanna smoke a little weed for the enjoyment of it. It’s not wrong. I gus Ohio will be the last state to legalize it. In the meantime, we’re left having to support street dealers.

No one smokes 6 ounces of weed in 3 months, if you did, then you might have a problem besides the illness you’re trying to manage.
No one should be trying to make money off of this. Its hitting the ballots because people want to make money off of it. The terms of its use and production are based off of the peoples that want to make money off of it. Until no one needs money…this will be the reality. Everybody that has grown, knows what kind of money is to be made. I dont want to make money off of it, i just want..need to use it. If i didnt have to feel like a criminal everytime i pick up a bag, i would have no reason to even look at this page. This is a “monkey see monkey do” tactic that has been in operation well before my generation was even thought of. The more discoarse that is and can be created on the subject the better it will be for the people trying to make money off of this very helpful plant. Big Pharma will not let this oppurtunity slip past them. Employees of big pharma are working day and night to figure out how to wrench control back of this money maker. Even this article that i am currently commenting on, is probably propaganda sent straight from a pharma facility, in an attempt to get the opinions of current users so that they know how to tilt the scales in their favor. If one is recieving all of the information one can get about the legality of this harmless and benifitial piece of gods work via facebook, national and local media sources, get ready for red lines to pop up. Its already happening, right under our noses. People that want or need this plant will be forced to move to a state that better suits their desires.
I say just make it recreational. I’m sure the medical Marijuana is better for everyon . But I know somehow you guys found away to get some kind of medicine in it. I refuse to try it. Not even the vases. I am allergic to everything medicine that has been given to me for my health reasons. I refuse the cannabis I’m sorry. Just personal for me. So I’d rather grow my own Reggie. This way I know what’s in it. And I don’t want to chance my life with is. My everyday life is scary enough. Knowing that a simple migraine can kill me. No thanks. Just please make it 150% everything Marijuana legal. Counting recreational. And I need my medicin . And I can not afford anyone that won’t help make it legal. This is my life. Not anyone else’s. And I have 2 young kids that could end up loosing their mom at a young age. Just waiting till the day I can grow my own. And have no worries or daily struggles. Like missing out on my kids growing up BC I’m stuck on a couch or bed. And so many could benefit from this. But BC 1 person don’t like it. We have to please them once again. Well this time. Try to male it for the ppl that could get the help they need from it. We can not please everyone. If u don’t believe me. Then pick a day that everyone u expect to be their. I bet u not everyone will make it. So let’s make this happen and work already. I need this just as much as many of others that can as well. So can we pull this off and make it legal ASAP. THANKS
