An Ohio trooper has stepped down from his position after he admitted to having sex in his cruiser while he was on duty in late December.
23-year-old Cody Nevers said he had developed a relationship with a woman he met at a crash scene, and later acquiesced to her request to fornicate in his state issued vehicle while he was on the job.
Only after the woman learned that Nevers had a fiance did she report the incident to law enforcement.
State Highway Patrol said they had plans to fire Nevers after learning about his behavior, but the trooper resigned on his own accord just before.

I don’t understand how people get jobs. These cops are weak now a days. Don’t take crap from them and give them hell.
This story is fine. It can stay.
What a disgrace to law enforcement and The Great State of Ohio.
She reported the incident only because she found out he was engaged… what a bitch! Why would you go after the mans career?? You got played, walk away and let that be a lesson learned. I feel bad for the guy.
“Only after the woman learned that Nevers had a fiance did she report the incident to law enforcement.” I suspect the key word here is HAD.
Every time I get pulled over I get screwed too.
He looks like Curley from the stooges. I guess he had to get ,what he could get, when he could get it. Shame on her in the first place if you don’t pass it out so quickly, You have a chance to figure out the position someone is in.
