  1. Ever since the “We Want Phipps” chants blasted out of every section in Cleveland Stadium, the backup QB has been an immensely popular player with Browns fans.

Just when you think the hacks, creeps and pillow-talk pugilists at ESPN Cleveland cannot splash deeper into the gutter, Tony Rizzo and pals spent a significant amount of time today (Wednesday) blasting out unwarranted assertions surrounding the personal life of Browns rookie Jabrill Peppers…..obviously believing that slander is OK if airing on sports-talk radio.
