The city of Cleveland Heights filed a complaint and sought the order, stating the bar on Noble Rd. was a danger to the surrounding community after a football player was killed in the bar’s parking lot.

Stephen Johnson, 28, is charged with aggravated murder in the case and Antonio Longino, 24, who was supposed to try out with the Cincinnati Bengals in just a few days, was also arrested and charged with tampering with evidence.
