The American League Central is currently the tightest division in baseball, one month into the regular season. No one’s particularly good — not even the formidable Tigers — and no one’s particularly bad — not even the basement-dwelling Royals. Tonight, enjoy the first game in the Tribe’s weekend series with division rival Chicago White Sox. Last year, the Indians beat them just about every time they played, but this year an emboldened offense has given the White Sox new life. The Indians have been relying on Michael Brantley, David Murphy and that’s about it. Fingers crossed that Michael Bourn and Nick Swisher — the team’s two highest-paid offensive players — will find their respective grooves. First pitch is at 7:05 this evening. Tomorrow’s game begins at 6:05 p.m. and Sunday’s at 1:05 p.m. Tickets start at $12. (Allard) Credit: Wiki
Nobody like shelling out when we don’t have to, which is why we’ll certainly be taking advantage of the Tribe’s latest discount ticket offer.
For 13 smackaroos, fans can get a standing room ticket to the Right Field bar, a drink (a 12 oz. domestic beer, soda, or bottled water), plus access to all of Progressive Field’s new amenities, like the rooftop deck and open air fire pit.

You should mention that you can only purchase the ticket online, and thus with service fees it comes out to over $18 per ticket. It’s cheaper to buy a $10 bleacher seat at the box office and then buy a $4 12oz beer in the stadium…saves you $4.
yes, exactly ^^^
Ownership probably feels that any sold tickets for this gimmicky promotion is found money.
