Issue 3 went down and it went down hard. Legal pot will live to fight another day in Ohio and hopefully a better tailored option will land before the voters soon. In the meantime, in the wake of last night’s decision, the Dayton Daily News led the pack this morning with its front page pun on the O-H-I-O chant.

  1. You mean when they made the pot industry free and open, pretty much the way I’d imagine pot smokers would like it to be? I was really surprised when Issue 3 came about, and just the balls those people had to try and use legalizing pot as a way to make them eventually billionaires. Can’t tell you how happy I am that people in Ohio didn’t fall for that bull****. Hopefully the next attempt is truly open and there is no clear beneficiary in the form of a monopoly.
