As part of the city’s annual action plan outreach survey, Cleveland’s Department of Community Development would like to know which emoji best describes how you feel about your neighborhood.

There’s a text box for respondents to elaborate on their emoji selection, blessedly. For those who need a broader range of emojis — those who might feel particularly “pizza” about their trash pick-up lately — you can still direct tweets to @CityofCleveland.
