Small world, right? Down in Cincinnati that truism was proved in living color at a Hamilton County courtroom. Jurors were just settling in for the domestic violence trial of 42-year-old James Capell when one of the 12 interrupted the proceedings.

  1. What an idiot lawyer that person had to be. It is common sense for the everyday jury to know that would be a conflict of interest. Wow… the judicial system of today is just as silly.

  2. Do they give the defendant’s name when they question the potential jurors? I’ve been called a couple times and don’t recall they actually gave names ahead of time. heard a lady get out of jury duty by telling everybody she has incontinence LOL
