Among other things, he talks about the support he received in his ward, his plans to hang out at some new places with some new people (good idea there, Sparky), and his lively evening of Law & Order on New Year’s Eve. (Five bucks says Reed wondered aloud who would play him if Law & Order ever did the “Hammered Councilman” episode … and settled on Samuel L.) …
