The show will not be rescheduled, the venue said in a statement. All ticket holders will receive a full refund.
The diva took to Twitter yesterday to explain the cancellation:

(Original post 10/5/2017): The best-selling female artist of all time (she’s sold more than 200 million albums to date and had 18 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 singles), singer Mariah Carey has an erratic track record when it comes to live performances. She received some particularly bad press after an audio glitch disrupted her performance on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest during her rendition of her hit "Emotions."
In support of All I Want For Christmas Is You, an animated feature film based on her best-selling children’s book and single, and her appearance in the film The Star, which features a new original song, Carey has announced a Holiday Tour that includes a Nov. 22 stop at Hard Rock Live.
Carey has recorded several Christmas tunes over the years, including “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” and “O Holy Night," so you can anticipate they'll be on the show's set list.
Tickets for the concert go on sale on Friday at the Rocksino Box Office and through Ticketmaster.
