Hudson Police Shooting Case Will Be Reviewed By Grand Jury

The investigation into Hudson police officer Ryan Doran's fatal shooting of 26-year-old Saif Nasser Mubarak Al Ameri last year has been completed. No charges have been filed in this case, and a grand jury will convene to determine whether any will be. Cleveland.com reported on the latest development earlier today.

The actual shooting is not visible in the dash cam video released to the public, and investigators have not commented in any capacity on their look into the case.

(Separately, the other unfinished investigation of a Northeast Ohio officer-involved shooting remains ongoing.)
