Just as construction comes to a close on Michael Symon’s second B Spot, a third location is now in the works. (Not counting the Q.)

B Spot Strongsville is on target to open its doors in mid-March, says Symon, calling from Los Angeles where he was prepping for the Conan show. Up next for the burger bar chain, he says, is Crocker Park, where the restaurant will take over a portion of the old Agave spot.

Look for B Spot Crocker Park to open this summer, sporting the familiar look, feel and layout.

Up next for Symon is his annual appearance at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival and a cameo on Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution.

“He’s the real deal,” Symon says of Oliver. “He’s got so much soul, energy. He’s a real inspiration.”

For 25 years, Douglas Trattner has worked as a full-time freelance writer, editor and author. His work as co-author on Michael Symon's cookbooks have earned him four New York Times Best-Selling Author honors, while his longstanding role as Scene dining editor has garnered awards of its own.
