Following New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s recent rant against Congress, The Washington Post dug into the nation’s wonderful history of overzealous politicians.

And we’re glad they did, because we’re always interested in running any highlight reel that features Stark County’s own Phil Davison.

“My Name IS PHIL DAVISON!” Yeah, that guy.

“This, from the Ohio politician,” The Washington Post’s Aaron Blake writes, “will never be usurped in the rant department.”

Consider this your semiannual reminder that awesomeness like this exists in the world. G’head and enjoy yourself this weekend.

  1. Masters of Communications – dude I know that too well. You don’t do Graduate School, it does you!

  2. Phil Davison was on Tosh.0, actually did a good bit about his little speech here. After watching that bit though, I am now 100% certain that I would never, ever want him as an elected official representing me.
