To celebrate Metallica’s return to town on Friday when the group plays the Q, the Rock Hall will host special weekend screenings of the metal band’s 2009 Hall of Fame induction.

The uncut footage includes the band’s induction by Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, Metallica speeches and performances of "Enter Sandman" and "Master of Puppets" as well as the induction-closing jam “Train Kept A-Rollin',” which found the band performing with Jimmy Page, Ronnie Wood, Jeff Beck, Joe Perry and Flea.

Guests can also check out Metallica memorabilia on display in the Legends of Rock and Stay Tuned: Rock on TV exhibit.

The special screenings begin today in the Foster Theater and continue through Sunday.
