Matt Fish has just divulged that he has signed a lease to open a third Melt Bar and Grilled. The new restaurant is slated to open by the end of September and will be in south suburbia, strategically located between Cleveland and Akron.

“We want to start tapping into the Akron market,” Fish explains.

“This will be our first new construction,” notes Fish. “I’m excited for the challenge of building the interior to match our existing restaurants. What I won’t miss is the hidden challenges that come with renovating old, century buildings.”

  2. Ok dont go any farther! Melt is a Cleveland thing! If someone out of town wants it, they should have to come to Cleveland to Eat it!!!!! Melt Belongs to Cleveland

  3. Super Excited!!! I live in the akron/canton area and frequently travel to the Heights location to dine. Hopefully this new establishment will be just as nice.
